The publication “Urgell cantonada Borrell” presents a photographic inventory of the few permanent churro stalls that still remain standing in Barcelona nowadays. The photographs were made between 2015 and 2017. The design of the publication is loosely inspired by the book “Twentysix Gasoline Stations” by artist Ed Ruscha.
